SHIPPING POLICY

INAUREM BRAND, S.L. offers worldwide shipping services.

 

Order Processing Times:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days with UPS. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is processed. If you do not receive it, contact us as soon as possible.
UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. During promotional periods, and especially on dates such as ‘Black Friday’ (last weekend of November), once the order is placed we will not be able to accept address changes nor will we be able to cancel orders due to logistical reasons.

In periods of high workload, Christmas, holidays and Black Friday, there may be delays, where INAUREM BRAND, S.L. is not responsible.

 

Order Tracking Information:

Once an order is processed, the courier company will send you an e-mail with the tracking link information. You can click on the link, which will take you to the shipping courier’s website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on the courier’s site.

INAUREM BRAND, S.L. has the right to cancel any irregular order, reimbursing the money.

INAUREM BRAND, S.L. is not responsible for any delays or issues once the order has left our warehouse. Once the order is in transit, we will gladly work with the shipping company to assist with any issues.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

Please ensure that an accurate and complete shipping address is entered, as we cannot verify if it is correct previously to the order processing. If the courier does not find you at the first try in the specified adress, it may deliver the merchandise to the closest UPS Access Point of the shipping address or try again the following working day at the shipping address. UPS will contact you in both cases by email and/or phone number entered in the purchase process.

INAUREM BRAND, S.L. is not responsible if a UPS Access Point closes temporarily for vacation or any other reason and the delivery is delayed.

Address Revisions:

If you have placed your order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible to our email: contact@inauremco.com. We will make every attempt to process the address adjustment at our end. However, once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will be unable to change the address. INAUREM BRAND, S.L. is not responsible for incorrect addresses.

 

International Taxes and Duties:

INAUREM BRAND, S.L. is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales which may occur upon delivery.
Packages may be delayed due to customs or other external reasons for which INAUREM BRAND, S.L. is not responsible.

 

Shipping prices and times:

Shipping prices are the following. Note that these prices may change. Shipping prices are disclosed in the checkout process. INAUREM BRAND, S.L. reserves the right to change these prices at any time:

 

Standard shipping:

  • Spain: 7€ (3-4 days)
  • Rest of European Union: 15€ (3-5 days)
  • Other countries within Europe (not including the two categories above): 13€ (4-6 days)

 

Express shipping:

  • Rest of European Union: 21€ (2-3 days)
  • Other countries within Europe (not including European Union): 23€ (2-3 days)
  • Rest of the world: 26€ (2-5 days)
