ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Warranty:

Inaurem works with the highest quality products and commits to selling products that are free from manufacturing defects. If the customer believes that the purchased item has a manufacturing defect, the customer may return it to Inaurem for further inspection.

The following issues are not considered manufacturing defects, hence, are not covered by the product warranty:

  • Defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accident
  • Defects and damages caused by improper use or any defects resulting from the contact with chlorine, salt, alcohol, perfume, etc.
  • Lost or stolen product
  • Alterations, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Inaurem.
  • Consequences of the normal wear, tear and ageing of the jewel.

The purchased item is warranted against any manufacturing defect for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration of the warranty, Inaurem will evaluate and determine if the ítem will be repaired or not.

Other issues not listed above won´t be covered by this warranty. During the warranty period, Inaurem will replace the defective ítem without any additional cost. However, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

The warranty policy will only be effective if the purchase ticket or order number is shown.

If the customer purchases Inaurem jewels from one of its authorized dealers, Inaurem won´t be responsible for any return or exchange.

Inaurem will not accept warranty claims for items purchased from unauthorized distributors.

Returns:

Within 30 days of purchase: you can process an exchange or return onto the same method of payment.

Online Return Process:

  • Send us an e-mail (contact@inauremco.com) letting us know your order number and which item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will get back to you with the necessary information to start the return process.
  • INAUREM BRAND, S.L.. will process the refund within 14 days from receiving the returned item(s). The refund will be processed for the total amount of the order (less shipping costs) in the form of a coupon or back onto the same method of payment used to process the order. (Please advise the Customer Service Team which option you prefer when you e-mail advising of the return).

Return & Exchange Details:

  • Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition, in their original packaging and a valid receipt must be presented. The item(s) can be exchanged or a merchandise credit given for the full amount of the purchase, with no expiration date.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us under the responsibility and cost of the buyer. Please ensure to get tracking details for the returned package as INAUREM BRAND, S.L. is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Note: INAUREM BRAND, S.L. reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement until the returned items are successfully received.

Defective Items:

If you believe the item(s) that you have received are defective, you will have 7 calendar days to e-mail contact@inauremco.com. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will proceed with the exchange of the defected item for a new piece. In the event that the ítem is no longer available, we will process the refund for the entire order within two business days.

Note: Kindly reach out to us in the event that your jewel has broken or been damaged, so that we can look into a possible solution for you. If your jewel has been manipulated or repaired, we will unfortunately be unable to proceed with any solution.

We recommend that you include the below details when you e-mail us:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect
  • Photo(s) showing the defect

 

Others:

In the event that you receive an item which you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@inaurem.com and we will be happy to rectify it for you.

If the shipping courier is unable to deliver your order successfully, we will proceed to refund the purchase price to the same payment method used, once the order has been returned to our warehouse. We will be unable to return the package to you, therefore you will need to process a new order.
